The Ideal of the Future
Not every culture or we'll say civilization goes into a fossilized state. Plenty just don't need to make it there, like China and India are really the only two examples that do. What's saying is that a culture is born, it has an inward necessity, just express a certain idea. This is space show temporal. So for the West, it's infinite space. Once all that has been done, it doesn't really have a resolent detail. It doesn't have a reason to be anymore. And as a consequence of that, it's going to slowly die.
