How to Eat Fruit and Vegetables to Improve Gut Health

You don't have to eat fruit now. There's lots of different ways to get vitamins and minerals from your diet. If you're eating a lot of veggies or on the opposite end, if somebody's listening and they eat a lot of fruit but they don't eat a lotof veggies, then sure, you might be missing out on some specific nutrients. So I would say focus on which ones you actually like, which ones that are satisfying to you and stick with those. The best way to improve your gut health is to increase the amount of fiber that you're having from whole grains, fruits and veggies.
