The Myth of the Inevitable Rise of Petro Yuan

I'm more trying to find a way to play the Chinese consumer. I think that PBOC is not going to look to really change policy much if anything and just more of a tweak. But it's something that I think the world lost over three years and that we're going to hopefully get back.
