The only question you need to ask yourself is, was he drunk that night? And he was. According to the two tests they ran, he was drunk. So it doesn't matter whether he was a heavy drinker or not. What does that tell you if he drank a lot and then raced a car at high speed and threw a tunnel? That may be maybe even more dangerous. The carbon dioxide levels in his autopsy report were way too high. Some people will say that you shouldn't be alive because of those levels. But the human body is very resilient and we smoke for years and years before we have health problems.
