Does Pape Have a Chief Strategy Officer?
Pape is a much bigger organization, and there's a place here for a chief strategy officer. We figure out their corps competencies and aligne the reporting line to them. There's no sense of finance reporting to a ceo or c o o that's not interested in it. If i was less inclined to do day to day operational staff on the byside, which that's what i'm doing on the most of the time,. i guess there would be no need for certain folks reporting to me.
