The Problem With Free Will
An atheist who's interested in faith could you explain free will and how it relates to evil? For the atheist, there's a problem of good because if the world is simply the random product of blind chance with atoms bouncing off each other or swerving as in Epicureanism. If somebody tortures somebody else and then when challenged says, well, I like doing this, most people would say, sorry, that's not good enough.
