The Importance of Dynamic Stability in Martial Arts

Mixed martial arts requires a lot of what I call dynamic stability. It's the ability to maintain optimal joint function at high speed while moving and while being perturbed or hit Which disturbs your own inner sense of balance because you're getting a force from outside of yourself. The functional basis is first you have to develop base stability Then you have to integrate it as dynamic stability. You know I saw that's quite missing in martial arts and boxing training because there's just you know there's almost no Skill and that kind of training although Rob Garcia one of my practitioners was Oscar d'Oscre de la Hoyos trainer for 10 years.
