What Happens When a Complaint Is Against You?

The story is about a councilling student being told there's been a complaint against him. He has no idea what to do, but the head of his seminary programme knows exactly what he should have done when someone makes a complaint - and it doesn't go over well with other students. The author writes that something not right is going on at this point in the story. It becomes clear by the end of the story that something really wicked is happening.
