How to Prepare a Technical Presentation

All the talks at CPPCon, I believe, are going to be recorded. And what that means is that in all likelihood, each presenter will be seen by more people on video than they will be seen live. So my general advice these days for anybody doing a technical presentation is to prepare it under the assumption that you're on television. That works really well for the people who are live in the room with you.
