The DoJ's Case in the O'Keevers
Meg O'Keevers got 12 years for conspiracy to commit an offense that carries with it greater than five years. The next two are 18 USC 1512 counts, and these are even more serious offenses. Stuart Rhodes, Slusardo, the leader of the O'keevers got 18 years for violating 1512 C2. And the DOJ appealed that to the DC Circuit arguing that that was insufficient. So yeah, this is pretty serious stuff.
