Do You Have an Expectation for Fellows?
The first dear fellow will do the parts of the procedure that is appropriate for them. And then, arguably, am you no helpin? They'r not to be overloaded by doing all the different things at the same time. So if you're just focusing on on those microscils, i think that's perfect. But im not every fellow i would say, from our programme graduates with a total competence and ebis. Wea, i don't think we've graduated a fellow saying that they're competent at ebe’s at this point in their career.
