How does UIS navigate some of those sort of tricky politics of global learning metrics? I think that one big effort in this area has been creating a sort of infrastructure in which everyone is brought to the table. There was an idea to create a new test for all the countries, like X-NOBOS,. This was discarded because it was felt as not particularly realistic with implementation difficulties.
