Are You Building Capabilities as a Design Researcher?
The skills you learnt whilst ar training to be a teacher. It sounds like there's some foundational things that exist within that world that don't exist in design education worlds. So am seeing a cross over here in terms ofa, you would be better supported from your grounding in teaching than you would if you'd have been elevated through design research. And those kind of conversations you are having there, which are requiring people to be vulnerable and open em they thtake, can take their tole on the designer as well.
