SAP has been using deploy HQ ever since I've been there, and it's worked great. We have alerts set up that if any of those queues start looking like we're going to fall into half an hour or greater backlog,. That's when our volume goes through the roof. The really good thing for us was because we'd had two or three peaks of aggressive growth, by the time we got to the pandemic, we actually found the opposite of what we thought was going to happen.
