The Importance of Being an Activist

The concept of being an activist has become corrupted in some way from its original intention. An activist is someone who, you know, goes door to door and organizes some form of protest or action around a cause. To me, those are completely different things. It's much easier to share ideas on a social platform than it is to try and get people to rally for your cause.
