The Importance of Class Mobility in England

Do you think there's such a thing as class mobility in England? To me, it sort of feels like a caste system in a way. I don't like the idea that you have to choose where you want to be. If you would choose what set to your end, this seems boring. Yeah, I think it is harder to move around now.
