The Role of the Executive Branch in the Constitution

It seems like all of these various loopholes that have been discovered by the executive branch, it seems like it's just bad faith all the way down. And it's from both parties and it's been going back for decades. So at some point the Congress, the Senate and the House has to step up and protect its own prerogative. Hopefully once we've reached a point where both parties have been on the wrong side of this, hopefully eventually we'll reach a compromiseWhere both parties see what's wrong with this.
