Anna is an activist for disability justice. She says there's a gap between the legislative intent and the reality in Britain. A lot of it has to do with kind of culture and attitudes, she says. Laws are necessary, but they'll never be sufficient to get rid of prejudice,. You'll never legislate prejudice out of existence.
