Dr. Vivek Murthy has issued an advisory addressing the crisis of loneliness and isolation in the United States, which affects approximately half of American adults. The consequences include a 29% risk of heart disease, a 32% increased risk of stroke, a 50%increased risk of developing dementia and older adults,. A doubled risk of depression amongst those who frequently feel alone. If we didn't work from here to this podcast together every single day, I doubt we would have the same impact.
