The Nature of Vaccines

Since when did we ever take a vaccine to protect the NHS or your mom? Dr. Wolf has always said that this is not a vaccine, and clearly, it doesn't appear to be a vaccine to me. It hasn't gone through most of the things, the tests that a genetic product would have to go through. There's been major failings in that regard, and therefore, it's considered as a vaccine - which doesn't have to going through the same sorts of testing. I believe that it is a bioweapon.
