Zone Two and the History of Insurance Training

Andy Coggin was actually the first person on the podcast in the end. I used to do sort of you know Monday easy Tuesday intervals Wednesday sort of hills that longer Thursday easy Friday intervals Saturday easy Sunday a race and or long run. That seemed to be what people did so anyway it didn't actually work out because I asked Andy if he'd like to go along with my idea for zone two. The whole range existed and I have to turn off one little function here so it doesn't interfere here we go. So this has been an area of debate going back way past lydiard  and even all the way back to the University of Texas there was mixed bag of discussion.
