Is There a Difference Between Blue and Green?

I've heard it's like the hardest color for us two see, or something like that. I know that night vision is in green because we can tell the difference between shades really well. And why is your last name t e green? Ah, i don't know, but oftentimes it's due to the place where the person lived. Hank of the green hill, or something,. perhaps, hank o the green yes, it's from my irish side.
