The School Is Not as Slow as It Used to Be
After the miriam report, you see a transformation. The school is not, not quick, and anywhere near as wholesale as it needed to be but still an effort to revive the school. By the twenties and thirties and forties, what you're having is a generation of kids now who are coming through,. They've been to a residential day school. So there's an element of actually enjoying the experience by the middle part of the century.
