How to Make Better Instagram Stories

I would really like to scroll through my archive in order and like press and hold to pause on individual stories. I don't think these Instagram story recaps could be on the main channel but the podcast channel as a podcast upload probably because that's basically what these are. Just going through like my calendar and my Instagram story archive chronological about everything that I did really gives me better ideas about what to talk about story wise.
