I don't consider myself injury prone. A knock on wood, i've been very lucky, im to not have too many significant setbacks. But over all, i don't i'm pretty lucky when it comes to injuries. You might want to stay with about four days a week for a little while as you're gradually increasing your volume. But i do like to see runners get to at least five days. I feel like you start to miss out on some aspects of coordination, some aspects of muscle memory, if you're just not practising it very regularly. Ah, so maybe some time in the next four to eight weeks, once you're comfortable with it, once your body just feels
