When they achieve it they're gonna feel genuinely so proud of themselves It's gonna feel like a real win because it is you're defining the winning result with them That's gonna allow them to set themselves up for success in coaching with you now just as a side note I wouldn't necessarily tell them that about this whole winning result versus bonus result thing like that's just for you to know as a coach.
