Is There a Balanced Budget?
With the people, us, if we wanted to solve our budgetary problem, we would ram that amendment through tomorrow. Nobody ever even thinks about it when we bring it up. I could write a constitutional amendment that would solve our debt problem. And it would solve it 100% of the time. But what do people want instead of solving the problem? They want lots of free stuff from the government.
