Introduction

Jessica Frick is a counselor in Erie, Pennsylvania who specializes in working with the adult children of emotionally immature parents. Jessica uses acceptance and commitment therapy (or ACT, for short) to help her clients connect with their emotional selves, allow judgment to fade to the background, and to live a valuable, fulfilling life, whether or not that includes their parents.
