Exercise is a bit like controlling your diet. It's only going to work if you stick with it. Find a form of exercise that either you get reward from, or that fits into your activity equally. There are lots of evidence that the different forms of high intensity interval training can be as effective as an hour of endurance training ing on a tredmill or cycling. When it comes to collya mascular benefits when it comesto fat loss. And even that doing something is just getting up lots of times a day and not being sedentary, or a couple of times a week going for a walk, probably better tan than doing nothing.
