The Pandering of Social Media

BlackRock is the largest institutional investor. They manage anywhere between seven to $10 trillion worth of investment. The head of BlackRock, Larry Fink, can write a shareholder letter to the board of directors of every company and say, here's our priorities. People are impacted by the priorities of Larry Fink and they don't realize it. It's like, we'll be progressive, but only as long as it doesn't impede our profits.
