I think the reality is for the, for the most part, I think you'd at least get access to senior managers. And in this kind of big idea that really defines how I approach this sort of thing, working with companies as an advisor or, you know, as an investor, which is taking a thesis driven approach and gauging if they're fit for purpose. You said something really interesting there that I think is a key point, which is you said the right people for the job. That presupposes that you've gotten clear in your mind on what the job is.
