The Importance of Fasciology in Sport

Any sort of repetitive sport is going to create those densifications and training that does not lose all planes of movement like runners really have problems because they don't do any lateral or rotational training. Isokinetic, I, you know, I developed a pool workout in 1998 that is amazing for the fascia. Now I use texture I don't use the PVC pipes anymore I use pipes that have ridges on them it's actually a circular ridge which I like. On my slant board I put a very specific type of rubber that wakes the feet up so it's because of the sensory cells that are in the superficial fascia that that's conducted into the deep fascia.
