Lying is a form of arrogance because i yor i'm messing with reality. There's a short term game once in a while, but the long term payn isn't worth it. We lie at such a subtle level that it's really important to tell the truth. If you know something's not true, don't say it. Don't believe. And when somebody falls in love with the lie, it's very scary.
