The Principle of Utility and the Principle of Justice in Vaccination

The principle of utility and the principle of justice were in conflict, because if you go based entirely on utility, it disadvantages people who are in regions that have a relative paucity of organs. People who live in places where there's lots of organs but and less demand are privileged. And so you have to alance these two things. You don't want to sacrifice too much utility, but you got to make some sacrifices to make sure that the principle of Justice is reasonably adhere to.
