Ballard is tracking a Russian mobster played by Enver, I think it's pronounced yokel. He wants him to find out because the Russian mob apparently is into human trafficking. And so he thinks that they are then running bodies to the dollhouse. So which, you know, kind of goes against what we've seen with Caroline and Dewitt.
