Do Mortgage Rates Go From 7.375 to 6.375?
Mortgage rates have been in the sevens, then five's feels like really great. So is that going to spur that person who wants to sell? When we saw rates get down to five percent, we actually saw buyers in the data. It just came a little bit later in the data lines. This is kind of what happened with COVID. We had this big waterfall dive in demand purchase application data was down 35%. And then the data started to rebound and it stopped the bleeding.
