How Do You Put Your Team in Front of Your Team?
I like to promote from within. I am not the one that had the idea alone. It's fascist and boring for me to stand up there and say, okay, yes, I'm the one. But a lot of that has to be you have to walk your talk. You have to put them in that spot. They have to see change because too many organizations have had too many other people who have walked in and said the right thing and couldn't deliver. Thanks again to Squarespace for supporting the show. Our project, High Resolution is on Squarespace. We chose it because it just made sense.
