How to Overcome Negative Thoughts
When we are victims of our own minds it's really helpful to sort through our thoughts. Get into a quiet headspace kind of like the split second of stillness. Offer yourself an opposite and positive version of reality than what your thought spiral is saying. So for example you might say in your mind maybe everything is actually awesome.
