The Ligature Mark on the Left Side of Her Neck

The blood in front of the left ear must have clotted when she was vertical. The mark caused after her rosir had been pulled up is clearly seen. This is entirely consistent with my experience of seeing ligature strangulation. Do you think that the blow comes first and then the strangulation that makes sense to me as a sequence of immense? I would say that is the most likely scenario because this strangulation in all likelihood is fatal.
