Can DeSantis Really Take on the Establishment?

DeSantis and Trump both have, you know, very pronounced and obvious strengths. But DeSantis has also some significant weaknesses that are maybe a little more obvious for Trump but it certainly exists for DeSantis. The question then becomes, can DeSantis avoid being co-opted by those bad elements who just want to kind of stay with the same sort of bad stuff that has not worked for the Republican party before? And I think that getting out of that kind of game theoretical problem for him is going to be tricky in really  the only way that I think we can make that work is if he runs against Trump.
