Andrew: Race is often used as a devisive pin between people inside of the united states from the top down, for various motivations. And if that's a form of systemic racism, which i think you could probably make an argument that it is, then i'll just concede that that's so oke. But no, your general police department is not going to go in and enforce crime because they're systemically racious. A lot of these places are filled with neighborhoods that are filled with low-income residents who aren't affected by race. So why would there be a race motivation?
