A number of my peers at the colleges are having a rough time making the transition. What happens when the microphone you plug in doesn't work? How do you make sure that you're not going to have feedback? All of those technical things when people are brand new to it. And then the other side is just the way you've gotten used to your pedagogy, that you're used to teaching in a room painting with oil.
