How to Say Yes to Your Goals
When people have no boundaries around work, they end up working 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 hours a week. They feel like they can say yes to everything because there's always enough time. And I want to teach you how to remove that from your vocabulary. Step one is decide what goal you're trying to get and then categorize all the things that you're doing into two buckets. step two is to look at how you're spending all of your time and figure out what works and do more of it way, way more. Then step three is to figure out what doesn't work and stop doing it. That is prioritization in a nutshell.
