Amazon in talks to invest in OpenAI

In an exclusive, we’re reporting that Amazon is in talks for an investment of up to $50 billion in OpenAI—a big bet on the startup that would deepen the relationship between the two companies. Plus, White House border czar Tom Homan said he’s working on a plan to draw down immigration officers in Minneapolis.
