I don't actually speak German, but I've heard a certain construction in Esso as a Germanism where you have article, then a prepositional phrase, and then the head. Is it like English where the entire noun phrase gets that cliddick apostrophe S? And there's languages that do even more than that. It just happens that English developed in a peculiar way.
