Is There a Flip in Ethno Methodology?
There's like a flip in thinking about these things, where you kind of go from this cognitivist, representationist view of the world to an understanding of cognition that's much more about dynamic interaction. And we can get into why that is so, but it's a flip from thinking about cognition as something primarily happening inside the head and then carrying out plans on the basis of those. But yet, getting there, we'll sort, we may, we may sort o hold off on that and just start with, kay, what are the assumptions of vism, rationalism, representationalism? Ah, and then where do some of those assumptions become problematic? And then maybe, maybe
