Is There a Dynamic Pattern Between Form and Matter?

When you say regime form, so I'm hearing form as a philosopher, right? I'm hearing the classical notion of form is the actuality of something. What makes this body not an inanimate, nonliving body, but an animate one is the soul. So there's an intrinsic relationship between form and matter. And they limit each other. The moderns just ignore that dynamic and form to them, they might use that word, but it means merely like shape, right? Or arrangement. They don't have to think about the people themselves.
