Kiffertens to be my favourite cultured milk, just because it's really easy to make. You don't have to put fruit in it, if you just not into that. The second recipe on page four, six, four, the russian casher is absolutely delicious. And i started making this as one of the first recipes i made from this book when, m when i bought it. There's something magic about putting those things in with a warm grain. I think it's like when you have a porridge and you put cream in it and you put egg in it. It is just, its food for the soul, like on a really deep level.
