The Keystone Habit

i always joke that new year's resolutions should be called re illusions, because people have the illusion that they're actually to stick with them. The overwhelming majority of people clearly don't. And i think the reason they fail is because people don't institute a process or a system in order to practise and iterate on them. So i call that the keystone habit - four minutes a day can change the next four years of your life. I've used probably like five or ten keystone habits but there's one ultimate sort of keystone it is the system that you have for setting goals and tracking and instituting it.
