Biometrics can be used to draw out things like trustworthiness of a website. Marketing is all about psychology, it's all about people and the cause you can get to your audience has got to be a source of competitive advantage. I think big data is really interesting but still very much kind of I'm of the mind of just using it when it really answers the questions I want it to. And with AI things like sentiment analysis, I know there's so many options out there, but I still haven't quite found anything that works how I wants it to.
